At L’atelier KaAy, each piece is carefully prepared and inspected before shipping. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Undamaged
  • Free from stains, scents, or alterations
  • Returned in its original condition and packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds.

Once your return is received and approved, we may offer a store credit or exchange, depending on availability.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Shipping costs and duties are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as L’atelier KaAy is not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.

Final Sale Items

Custom orders, sale items, discounted items, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive the wrong item or your item arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue.
